the staff was very warm and cute, and they always greeted her with a big smile. they went out of their way to make sure my daughter was happy. the rooms were spacious and well-kept. the whole resort had a cheerful, family-friendly atmosphere.
I came for a quick vacation. the reception was horrible. They have no system whatsoever. they later found their email of confirmation and were shocked. the organization was poor.

the food court staff were outstanding; there was always someone assisting and clearing tables. the resort offers unlimited beverages. lunch and dinner menus changed daily; everything was very well cooked and fresh.

the resort has several shops downstairs where you can easily buy any necessities. it is very convenient. it is also very kids-friendly, with endless daytime activities, kids' clubs, and shows designed for children.

I greatly appreciated the friendly staff. Everyone was eager to help. Mahmoud called before our stay to ensure everything was in order and to assist with any requests. Doha from reception was very helpful and upgraded our rooms so we could connect easily. also, the food was so great. the animation team had plenty of entertainment programs for us.
Everything was great. The hotel is not brand NEW, but it's well-kept. the only minor downside i noticed was some wear and tear in certain areas.

the main restaurant offers diverse options; I found fresh bread and eggs available at breakfast. i noticed the staff were attentive; they kept everything clean. the variety suited different palates and dietary needs, which was appreciated.

our mega family room featured ample space for our family to relax. i noticed the room had two balconies, though they faced the back of the property. the room was very clean and well-maintained; this made our stay MORE comfortable.
